In 2001, Evan Marley opened Pi Pizza, turning a longtime dream into reality. Evan, Malcolm, and Chris Coffin brainstormed and came up with the name and brand concept. Malcolm designed the logo and pizza boxes when it was just a takeout spot located in the back of a wine and cheese shop. In 2008, Pi grew into a full restaurant called Pi Pizzeria. For 25 years, Malcolm has led all creative direction, designing the branding, website, menus, pizza box, merch, advertising, and more, helping Pi become a beloved Nantucket institution. Lots of new merch coming soon for Summer 2026!
